Aurum Flood Tied Aurum Flood Tied| Flooding is a sire who has produced a number of extremely talented jumping horses on the Australian scene including Let It Rain, Another Flood and Tidal Wave. We thought so much of him that we bred him with our highly talented eventer Daisy (herself by an Advanced eventer). The resultant colt was Flash Flood who we now stand at Aurum. Flooding horses are notable for having plenty of energy and courage which suits eventing and showjumping well. In our experience, Flooding line horses generally move well, too and like to be highly active.
'Floyd', presented here, has a ton of energy! He canters everywhere even though he is blessed with a very good active trot. He is a very handsome foal, very tall and through his mother, has a truly superb hock action. For all his energy, he is incredibly quiet and unflappable. Both sides of his pedigree are very strongly littered with many of the most famous jumping sires of the past, who appear in the pedigrees of some of the World's greatest jumping horses. These sires include Phalaris, Court-Martial, Son In Law, Bay Ronald, Precipitation, Hyperion, Nearco, Nasrullah etc etc. He will make a sensational eventer or showjumper! |
