Aurum Brentana

Aurum Brentana is a stunning individual with amazing elevated paces and a very quiet nature. In spite of her quietness she is nevertheless blessed with a confidant and expressive personality. She is by Brentano II out of a Daley K (Daktylus) mare. She has been recently broken in (Dec 09) and is beginning her first steps towards a future career. She is taking the work in her stride.

Her sire, Brentano II (imp semen) was the 2003 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year. He has produced many licensed Hanoverian Stallions and State Premium Mares as well as many successful International dressage horses including Grand Prix star Brentina (4th Athens Olympics) and 2003 4yo Bundeschampion Bon Jovi. Not to forget 2003 World Champion Young Dressage Horse Poetin who was out of a Brentano II mare and sold at the PSI auction for a staggering 2.5 million euros! Brentano II has a reputation for producing very rideable horses.

Bunty's dam sire Daley K is truly an amazingly versatile sire and has produced many succesful dressage, eventing and showjumping horses in Australia. In the latter category Warlord II is perhaps the most famous under Melissa Froesch and Gavin Chester. Brentana's dam is a young Daley K mare with the best personality and beautiful movement.

Brentana is a very special filly and in a serious competition home is certain to make her mark at the highest level. She is currently a striking liver chestnut, but with grey flecks may turn grey in time.
