'Honey' is our second youngster by Hewey aka Aurum Remarquable, out of Rosewood Duelluta. Aurum Remarquable is now sadly no longer with us, so the few foals we managed to produce in the 2008 season will be all that will ever be available. Honey is an amazing looker! Another foal to inherit her dad's stunning looks. She is a glossy black colour. As well, anyone who competes her will be noticed no matter where they go with her amazing blaze! With her strong warmblood lines which include Rubinstein, Donnerhall, Consul and numerous others she, not surprisingly has outstanding movement showing a powerful elevated trot and a beautifully balanced canter. Her paternal grandfather, Regardez Moi, is of course making serious Grand Prix statements in Australia right now. Honey's dam, Rosewood Duelluta is a Head Stud Book Australian Warmblood mare by the imported Hanoverian stallion Duellschutz out of a Valuta mare. Valuta was imported by the late Gert Donvig and his then wife Mary (now Hanna). These two stallions appear in the pedigrees of many successful horses in each of the Olympic disciplines. Duellschutz is the sire of Olympic showjumping representative, Schnapps and is also in the dam line of World Cup show jumper Wirragulla Nicklaus. The grand dam of young dressage stallion Jazzabout, Hanburg Duell Fancy is by Duellschutz who again shows up in the mare line of Abduell being the sire of Duellsweet and the mare line of AEA Dutchboy. Jazzabout qualified & competed for State & National competitions 2004, 2005, 2006 and in 2007 has competed successfully at Medium level.
